Bandipora, May 15 (KNS): In a major step towards strengthening emergency preparedness, District Hospital Bandipora today successfully conducted an Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) training session for all night duty staff.
The session was held in the Emergency Room, was conducted by the on-duty anesthetist and witnessed active participation from doctors, paramedics, and support staff including pharmacists, X-ray and OT technicians, MTS, drivers and sanitation workers.

All night duty personnel were directed to attend without fail, and no staff member was permitted to leave the station without completing the training.
The hands-on session covered key techniques in CPR, airway management, and emergency cardiac care, ensuring that frontline responders are well-prepared for critical situations.
