Srinagar Aug 08:(KNS)  All Jammu and Kashmir Chess Association (AJKCA) is going to organize chess championships in various districts of Kashmir from August 12. 

A spokesperson of AJKCA in a statement said they are going to organize chess championships for 2021 in district Srinagar, Bandipora and Shopian under the aegis of J&K State Sport Council, for senior, junior sub-junior for both boys and girls.

“The championship will be held from August 11 to 12 at International Delhi Public School Bandipora, August 12 to 14 at Indoor Sports Complex Polo Ground Srinagar and August 13 to 14 at Degree College Shopian. All the players are welcome to participate and register themselves upto August 11 at their concerned district units.
