Jammu March 17 (KNS):  In a brief and impressive ceremony, the faculty members and officers of Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) Jammu led by Ajaz Ahmad Bhat (IAS), Director, JKEDI today gave a warm sendoff to Syed Firdous Bhukhari, Executive Manager (Personnel and Administration) who is superannuating this month. 

He has served in several significant positions at the Institute and has successfully completed his assignments in an employee-friendly manner. The Director while remembering his meritorious service, said that his experience would always be a guiding light for future generations. He would always be remembered for his valuable services. He wished him a healthy and prosperous retirement life.
In a separate event, Director, JKEDI held interaction with several groups of aspiring entrepreneurs and also presided over a valediction ceremony that was organized by JKEDI, Jammu for the female candidates who have successfully completed training under the Tejaswani scheme of Mission Youth. He distributed certificates among the pass outs and assured all possible support in the future.
“I want all of you to believe in yourself and focus on self-confidence. Now that you are about to start your business venture, you will face a lot of hiccups. JKEDI will always be at your side. We will also guide you in technicalities, certifications, permissions etc. required to start a business. I hope that you have benefited from the sectoral experts from different government departments who were invited by JKEDI as guest lecturers,” said Director, JKEDI, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat. 
The program was coordinated by JKEDI District Centre Jammu and Centre for Women Entrepreneurship, Jammu. The training was imparted by a team of trainers from JKEDI. Sharing their experiences at the valediction ceremony, the trained female entrepreneurs said that the training program had given them a great deal of confidence to start their entrepreneurial journey.
