Sopore, Mar 31 (KNS): Director Urban Local Bodies (ULB) Kashmir, Masooma Mathura Thursday visited Sopore town to review developmental scenario.
An official said that during her visit to the town, she was accompanied by Executive Officer and president Muncipal Council Sopore, besides other officials.
While talking to media persons, she said that Sopore town has it's historical importance and they are giving their best to have it on developmental roadmap. “We are going to make Sopore town a great model.”’
On being asked about garbage dumping issue, she assured that the issue will be resolved soon.
She also said that street lights will be installed soon as the government has started an initiative to install a light on every electric pole. (KNS)
