Baramulla July 10: (KNS)     Deputy Inspector General North Kashmir range, Sujit Kumar Singh on Saturday paid a surprise visit to police station Kreeri.

In order to assess the operational and functional preparedness DIG North Kashmir Range SH. Sujit Kumar Singh IPS paid a surprise visit to PS Kreeri.

The officer inspected the campus of Police Station, including, Office of SHO, Munshiyat and Lockup, Morchas, QRTs.  He took an instant review of all pending cases specially the cases of NDPS and Militancy of the area.

SHO kreeri was directed to adopt people friendly Policing and conduct PCPG meetings on regular level with public.

He was further directed to take stern action on drug peddlers and ANEs of the area.(KNS)
