Srinagar, Nov 17 (KNS): First time in any institution under Directorate of Health, Services Kashmir that a Maxillofacial trauma, a case of Zygomatico complex fracture was operated upon by Dental Unit of District Hospital Budgam as on 12/11/2016.The fracture was reduced and fixed using mini plates. The patient is doing well post operatively.
