DHSK asks CMOs, MSs to provide details of employees having stay of over 05 years

Srinagar, Sept 24 (KNS): After directives from Jammu and Kashmir administration, Director health services Kashmir has ordered all the Chief Medical Officers and Medical Superintendents to provide details of employees having stay of over five years at a particular place.

This significant development has come after the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) submitted a report to the Government in which it has pointed out the violation and instances where the norms of the government policy were violated and at the same time has impressed on the point that the over-staying officers in several departments must be rotated in the larger interest of the system.

In a communique, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS) DHSK has asked the CMOs and MSs to furnish the stay list of all the employees (Officers/Officials) working in the respective districts having stay of more than five (05) years as per the devised format within 03 days positively through respective dealing hand both in hard and soft format.

It had also requested to furnish the stay of those officials who have completed 02 years of stay at present place of postings both in hard as well in soft copy as well. 

“The matter needs your personal attention and is of utmost urgency.”

Pertinently, the government has also directed all the Administrative Secretaries to gather the list of employees who have a stay of more than five years in the first instance and has also underlined that such officers need to be rotated unless there are exceptional circumstances. (KNS)
