DH Bandipora Bars Engagement of Post-Intern Trainees, Warns of Disciplinary Action

Bandipora, 15 Dec (KNS): In a significant move to enforce administrative discipline and ensure compliance with government service rules, the administration of District Hospital Bandipora has issued a strict order prohibiting the engagement of interns who have already completed their internship or clinical training.

As per the order, no such intern shall be allowed to work, remain posted, or be engaged in any capacity within the hospital or institution with immediate effect. The directive has been issued to ensure strict adherence to the approved staffing pattern and in line with existing rules governing manpower engagement in government institutions.

The order cites provisions of Rule 14 and Rule 15 of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, read with the General Financial Rules (GFR), 2017, which clearly prohibit the engagement of personnel without valid authority, sanctioned posts, or formal appointment orders.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

All Section In-charges and Departmental Heads have been directed to ensure full compliance with the instructions in their respective sections. The administration has cautioned that any deviation or violation of the order will be considered misconduct and will result in strict disciplinary action under the relevant service rules.

The order has come into force with immediate effect, reinforcing the administration’s resolve to uphold transparency, accountability, and rule-based governance in government healthcare institutions.(KNS)
