Jammu, April 28 (KNS) : The Director General of Police J&K, Dilbag Singh has extended his heartiest greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, Police pariwar and families of martyrs on the auspicious occasions of Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida.
