Srinagar, Feb 19 (KNS): As part of the Central Government Nationwide initiative, Directorate of Field Publicity Srinagar in collaboration with Health Department, J&K Bank and a prominent NGO Friday organized an awareness camp on various govt. schemes viz “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMJSBY, APS and Mission India” here at Bilal Colony Bemina.
In a statement to KNS, DFP said the programme was attended by a large number of people from different sections of the society.
Speakers including CDPO Srinagar Nighat Akhter, J&k Bank representative Syed Aabid, prominent scholars, including Incharge DFP Srinagar Sikander Qureshi and Vishal Khajuria apprised the audience about the need to change the overall socio economic outlook for giving the people a better environment to grow and play its inevitable role for a prosperous and harmony full society.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Mementoes were also distributed among the speakers and T-shirts with DFP logo were distributed among the participants. The day long programme was concluded with a rally. (KNS)
