Coming down heavily on state administration over resorting to nocturnal raids and arrests of youth, the Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) Thursday said the “puppet” regime is doing all this on behest of Delhi masters.
“The puppet state administration in collaboration with its Delhi masters is active in hatching conspiracies against the freedom movement,” DFP spokesperson alleged in a statement to KNS, adding Kashmiris are mature enough to distinguish between friends and foes.
Terming the fresh checking started by police and SOG in many areas of Srinagar condemnable and sorrowful, the he said, “The ruling dispensation is only getting exposed before people by launching such anti-people activists.” He condemned the arrest of young boys and youths during nocturnal raids saying the authorities are adding to the woes of already oppressed people.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“The pro-India elements are expert in following the dictates of New Delhi. Such activities should stop forthwith lest we launch a massive agitation against the same.”
Meanwhile, the spokesperson while condemning the house arrest of party chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah said that after releasing him (Shah) for few days, authorities again placed him under house arrest. “This all makes it clear that Mufti led government is doing such only to please New Delhi. He (Mufti) has surpassed his predecessors in this regard and all his slogans of “battle of ideas” have proven hollow.”
He said that turning whole Valley into jail will only complicate things and make situation worse from bad as “anti-people activities of this government will only provoke youths.” He reiterated his demand of releasing the prisoners immediately.
