Baramulla April 26 (KNS) :LG Manoj Sinha will inaugurate the transit accomodation for PM package employees located in Khojabagh Baramulla.
Pertinent to mention that around 336 family quarters will be coming up at an cost of 40.32 crores of rupees in which around 192 residential quarters have been completed already. PM package employees talking to our Baramulla reporter said that they have happy that their long pending demand have been fulfilled today. They said with this step of the government they will feel secure atmosphere to work here in the valley.
LG manoj Sinha said that the ut of jammu and kashmir will touch new horizons in coming days under the leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi. LG was addressing a gathering after inauguration of transit accommodation for PM package employees in Baramulla today. He said that he has not here to tell lies to the people like politicians who had to get votes for power, but will assure that people of the UT must get all the benefits on grass roots level. He said that this transit accommodation comprising of 336 residential quarters was completed in a record time which will certainly provide a relief to these employees who were putting up in different places mostly in insecure areas.
Manoj Sinha also e-inaugerated such accommodations at Shopian and Ganderbal districts also. Chief secretary Arun kumar Mehta, DDC chairperson Safeena Beigh divisional commissioner kashmir DC Baramulla besides other senior police and other officers were also present on the occasion. Many PM package employees were also present on the occasion. LG added that the government is committed to provide employment to the unemployed youth through different schemes and many youth have been provided jobs through different schemes. Pertinent to mention that 336 residential flats coming up with a cost of 40.32 crores were constructed in Khojabagh area of Baramulla for PM package employees.(KNS)
