Despite govt orders to avoid gatherings, folk dancers continue to attract gatherings in Uri


Srinagar, Mar 17 (KNS): At a time when the authorities are implementing section 144 to avoid mass gatherings for fear of Coronovirus spread, the street dancers in Gingal area of Uri are are roaming free and attracting crowds.
Reports rarching to Kashmir News Service said a group of folk dancers start singing in the streets of Gingal and gather people.
However when they were asked to stop this , the Sarpach of the area asked them to continue with his permission.
It is pertinent to mention that two days ago deputy commissioner Baramulla G.N itoo and issued the order and asks people to avoid the gatherings but same orders is being violated by the elected representatives.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
When contacted to Deputy Commissioner Baramulla he said  the concern SDM  has been asked to provide the details of of the same  (KNS)
