Delhi NGO Offers Solace and ₹5 Lakh to Grieving Iranian Families

 NEW DELHI, MAR 09 (KNS) ; A delegation of social activists today visited the Iranian Embassy here to express condolences over the death of children in a school incident in that country and extended financial assistance for relief efforts.

 
The team, led by Gurlad Singh Kahlon, President of the Guru Nanak Social Mission, met embassy officials and conveyed solidarity with the people and leadership of Iran in the moment of grief. The delegation was also comprised of Dr. Mushtaq, Dr. Abrar, Dr. Ishtiaq, and S. Supinder Singh Gill.
 
The activists described the loss of innocent children as a tragedy that affects the conscience of humanity, transcending all borders. Mr. Kahlon presented a cheque of ?Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel5,00,000 to the Embassy as humanitarian aid for medicines and medical support for the affected families.
 
"We believe humanity is the greatest religion. It is the duty of the world to stand with victims and their families in such tragic circumstances," Mr. Kahlon said.
 
The delegation is associated with 'Koshish,' an initiative aimed at promoting peace and communal harmony. Mr. Kahlon noted his group's previous efforts in assisting tourists stranded after the Pahalgam attack, reinforcing their commitment to humanitarian service.
 
The activists prayed for peace for the departed souls and strength for the bereaved families. (KNS)
