Bandipore Nov 24:.(KNS) Gh Qadir Bhat S/o Mohd Jaffar hailing from Odina who had filed his nomination papers from Block Ganstan Sumbal for DDC elections has clarified that he is contesting as independent candidate and have no affiliation with any political party. Appealing election commission to consider his candidature as independent instead and cancel the authority letter issued from the Apni Party in his favour.
He reiterated his commitment for fighting for people's cause and their welfare and said the decision has been made after consulting the local masses.(KNS)
