Srinagar, May 19 (KNS): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, conducted an on-site assessment of damage caused by strong gusty winds that hit the district during the intervening night of May 18 and 19.
