Kulgam April 23 (KNS): Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr Bilal Mohidin has appealed to senior citizens to take the COVID-19 vaccination at the centres opened by the district administration.

In a video message DC Kulgam on Friday, said health workers police staff and other employees, who are on the frontline in the combat against COVID-19, had already taken the vaccination.
"We have installed around 60 centres in the district to administered the vaccine facility," he said. 

The vaccination is quite safe, do not hesitate from taking the covid19 vaccine. Even after taking the covid dose the public strictly needs to adhere to Covid protocols to combat the rampant spread of the infection, he added. 

 “There will be no adverse impact of the vaccination. People should not listen to rumours being spread about the vaccine, he further added.(KNS)
