Baramulla, Oct 3 (KNS): In view of the weather forecast issued by IMD Srinagar predicting widespread light to moderate rain and snowfall (at higher reaches) over parts of Kashmir Division, including Baramulla district, from October 5 to October 7, the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla has issued an advisory urging people to exercise caution.
The public has been advised to refrain from venturing around slopes, water bodies, and other vulnerable areas until the weather improves. Residents living in low-lying and risk-prone areas have been asked to remain particularly vigilant.
