Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil distributes relief among Hazratbal fire-hit families

Srinagar, Apr 20 (KNS): Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil while expressing grief over the damage to six residential houses and several shops in a recent fire incident at a complex outside Kashmir University in Hazratbal, expressed heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the victims on behalf of its patron Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq and emphasised the need for immediate rehabilitation of the victims.


A delegation of Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, under the leadership of its member Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon, went to the Asar Colony and presented rice, flour, blankets, kitchen kit and other basic necessities to the victims of the Asar Sharif Welfare Committee, and expressed sympathy and solidarity with them.

The Millat-e-Kashmir is aware of the fact that Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil since its inception has been providing financial and material support to the people in need during the calamities without discrimination of caste, creed and religion, and is engaged in the rehabilitation of the victims as much as possible. As such, it has reiterated its appeal to the affluent people to continue supporting this welfare organisation so that it continues with its work of providing help to the needy and affected people.
