Srinagar, July 05 (KNS): Since the first day it came into being, Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has been fulfilling its social responsibility by helping the poor and the needy, the handicapped and the destitute, and the people hit by natural disasters by providing them with cash and kind and never lagged behind in helping the needy people of the nation by taking every possible step required to provide them relief and rehabilitate them.
