Srinagar, Mar 10 (KNS): In pursuance of noble vision to promote Computer literacy among students of Kashmir as a part of Civic Action Program, 82 BN CRPF on Thursday donated Computers, Peripheral Devices, Furniture and other Infrastructural equipments to Government Higher Secondary School Rainawari, Saida Kadal, Srinagar to support School Administration towards development of computer lab. The event was inaugurated and organized under overall supervision of GD Pandharinath, Commandant 82 BN CRPF. Other Senior Officers from CRPF, J&K Police, School Staff and Media persons also graced the occasion with their presence.
While addressing students on global significance of Information Technology and Computer Science, Pandharinath said, “By directly providing such kind of Infrastructural support to Schools of Kashmir through our civic action programs, we are constantly endeavouring hard to promote the standard of computer literacy among Kashmiri students.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Earlier also 82 Bn CRPF On 27/01/2016 had constructed one Passenger Bus waiting Stand at Ikhwan Chowk, Khayam Road. Voicing his opinion on Police-Public relations he said, “We are persistently trying to develop strong bond of brotherhood with the people of Kashmir. We are not only contributing to restore the Law & Order situation and maintain Internal Security of the nation, but also observing social welfare measures for all our Kashmiri brothers and sisters.”
The noble gesture of 82 BN CRPF was gratefully lauded by School Administration. Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Rainawari, Saida Kadal proposed vote of thanks to G.D. Pandharinath, Commandant 82 BN C.R.P.F for this auspicious privilege and noble gesture of 82 BN CRPF. (KNS)
