Srinagar, Dec 20 (KNS): A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnal was injured on Sunday evening after suspected militants lobbed a grenade followed by firing at a joint naka party of CRPF and police in Achabal area of Anantnag.

A police official informed KNS that the attack was retaliated by forces as well.

He said that a CRPF man of 96 battalion received injuries, who is undergoing treatment.

He added that more reinforcement has been rushed to the spot and the entire area has been cordoned off to track down attackers—(KNS)
