Srinagar, Apr 04 (KNS): A Central Reserve Police Force personnel was killed while another one was injured after being shot at by suspected militants in Maisuma area of Srinagar on Monday afternoon. 

 

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that two CRPF personnel were injured after being fired upon by suspected militants in Maisuma today afternoon. 

 

He said that soon after the incident forces rushed to the spot, while the injured personnel were evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel 

 

The official said that one of the injured, however, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, while another one was out of danger.

 

He also said that searches have been launched in the area to nab the attackers. (KNS)
