CRPF 53 BN organise free medical camp in Boniyar

Baramulla, March 16 (KNS): CRPF 53 BN on Tuesday held a free medical camp in Boniyar wherein eminent doctors treated patients and were given medicines.

"To continue its drive for the welfare of the Kashmiri people, 53 BN CRPF, organized a free Medical Camp as per directions of IG Kashmir Ops Sector", an official said.

He also said that during the camp free medicines, sanitizer, masks, soaps etc. were distributed at Zehampora village under PS Boniyar falling under AOR of B/53 BN, Sheeri, District Baramulla (J&K).

The medical camp was inaugurated by Smt Mansa Begum Wife of Shaheed CT/GD Nazeer Ahmad Khan of Vill- Begna Noorkhan, PO- Mohara District Baramulla who attained martyrdom on October 08, 2005 in the line of duty while posted in 136 BN CRPF Nalbari, Assam.

According to Smt Mansa such efforts will further wean away local population from uncertainty and will also help in bringing 
normalcy in the region. On the occasion, Commandant 53 BN extended special 
thanks to local dignitaries and people of the area and media persons for their active participation in this noble cause.

He also exhorted locals not to hesitate for seeking any kind of help from 53 BN CRPF and from CRPF Madadgaar helpline No 14411 in future. The villagers had all the praise for the efforts of 53Bn CRPF in the service to the society. (KNS)
