Srinagar, May 24 (KNS): The costumers of Jammu and Kashmir Bank were on Tuesday put to a lot of inconveniences after services were down across the Kashmir Valley.
Reports reaching Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that J&K Bank services including ATM and mPay services were down most of the day on Tuesday, thereby putting costumers into a lot inconveniences.
They said that ATM services were down at most places today and costumers had to face lot of difficulties while withdrawing cash.
One of the aggrieved costumers told KNS that online services including J&K Bank’s mPay services were also down and they were unable to process only transactions most of the time.
“Even as money was deducted from our account, but we were unable to collect the cash from the ATM. We had to face a lot of difficulties because of of this as the amount has not been disbursed back into our account,” said Sajad Ahmad from Srinagar.
Similar complaints were received from other parts of the Kashmir Valley including Bandipora, Kupwara, Baramulla, Shopian, Pulwama and other parts.
Notably, two days ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr earlier this month, services of J&K including ATM and mPay services were down most of the time and costumers were put to lot of difficulties. (KNS)
