Srinagar, May 13 (KNS): A police constable, who was on Friday morning shot at and injured by militants in Gudroo area of Pulwama district, succumbed to his injuries at hospital.
An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the cop identified as Reyaz Ahmad Thoker son of Ali Mohammed was fired upon by militants at his residence in Gudroo area.
He said that the injured was shifted to a hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The official said that area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. (KNS)
