Srinagar, Oct 18 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee president Tariq Hamid Karra on Saturday said that the party is keeping all options open for the upcoming Budgam and Nagrota by-elections.
Talking to reporters he said that Alall options remain open. I have already submitted my report to the central leadership, and the matter is under their consideration.”

Asked about Omar Abdullah’s recent remarks on smart meters, Karra said the issue concerns the National Conference. “That is for them to clarify. It was never part of our manifesto, so we have no problem with it. They should explain the difference between their earlier position and their current stance,” he added.(KNS)
