Srinagar, Oct 21 (KNS): Expressing serious concern over the termination and suspension of some Govt employees without conducting any proper enquiry into the allegations levelled against them, Congress today accused PDP and BJP Coalition Govt for targeting the employee merely on political lines and termed it as a political vendetta against them. Congress also warned of serious consequences, if the Govt fails to revoke the suspension or termination of the employees.
Describing the step taken by the Govt as unfortunate, the JKPCC Spokesperson stated that Congress party is dismayed over this anti employee & vicious campaign on the part of State Govt against it’s employees and asked it (Govt) not to hide its failure by shifting the blame on innocent employees, who have also been braving the brunt of unrest in the valley.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said State Govt cannot take such a harsh step without conducting any proper enquiry into the allegations being levelled against the employees, there should be a thorough investigation and they (Employees) should have every opportunity to defend their case.
The Spokesperson said it was not expected of the Govt to be vengeful at a time when strenuous efforts were required to normalize the situations and bring the Kashmir valley out of the chaos. (KNS)
