Srinagar April 4:(KNS)  The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Monday strongly condemned the militant attack on CRPF personnel, describing the incident as mindless and shameful act.

 

The Party also condemned the attack on non-local labourers in Pulwama District of South Kashmir.

 

Expressing serious concern over the deteriorating security situation, J&K PCC has strongly condemned the militant attack in Srinagar, in which one CRPF Personnel was martyred, leaving another critically injured and described the incident as shameful and mindless.

 

JKPCC expressed serious concern over the attack on non-local labourers in Pulwama District of South Kashmir and condemned the incident in strongest words.

 

Congress Party believes that Govt has failed to ensure peaceful atmosphere in valley, the attack on non-locals labourers as well as Forces Personnel will further vitiate the atmosphere in valley, JKPCC Spokesperson said while urging the Govt to take more effective measures to ensure peaceful atmosphere in valley rather than making tall claims on security front.

 

The security situation has deteriorated to largest extent, which is a matter of grave concern, Spokesperson added.(KNS)
