Srinagar, Aug 19 (KNS): Strongly condemning the brutalities by forces in Sharshali in Pampore, in which a young lecturer Shabir Ahmad Mongu was allegedly killed, leaving dozens severely injured, JKPCC Vice President Mohd Anwar Bhat demanded judicial probe into the Killing of young lecturer and stern action against involved personnel.
Terming this incident as most unfortunate and highly condemnable, Mohd Anwar Bhat blamed Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for the brutalities on the people by the Forces and sought explanation from her. It is surprising that CM is not in a position at least to say “No” to brutalities, besides having utterly failed to reign in the forces brutalizing people.
He said the atrocities on the people is the main cause of rising anger among the people, as a result, the situation has turned extremely volatile in the Valley. He sought immediate end to atrocities on the innocent. (KNS)
