Mir told KNS that in the very beginning of PDP-BJP government, the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has failed to provide portfolios to any Srinagar based representative. “It is unfortunate that the Srinagar representatives as well Jammu representative were ignored in this government,” Mir said.
He said the Congress were expecting the city representatives to be accorded the responsibility of heading some ministries but unfortunately by ignoring them, the newly formed government in the state has not only ignored the representatives but has also left the people of these capitals to lurch at large.
