Srinagar, Mar 16 (KNS): Scores of Contractors of Pulwama district on Monday staged protest demonstration here in press enclave against the Command Area Department (CAD).

They questioned the policy of the department for getting works done by contractors and later delaying the payment.
They contactors said that they are visiting the concerned office repeatedly and except assurances nothing is being done to address the issue .KNS)
