Srinagar, June 8( KNS) : Students of coaching centers accused the administration of not responding them after receiving their tuition fee.
The students accused that these Institutes of not providing them online classes after receiving their first installment of tuition fees and admission charges.
" They were calling us ten times a day for clearing our fee. It is irony that after receiving the payment they don't bother to respond to our calls," they said.
They added that some of the students could not submit the fee on the date fixed by these institutes due to financial issues in Government enforced lockdown.
" They promised us to compensate our missed classes on Sundays. But when we called them on Sunday. No one from the administration bothered to respond to our phone calls,"  students told KNS.
Meanwhile, Student of Aakash Institute Rajbagh also said that the administration is not picking their phone calls after clearing the fee.
" This amounts to cheating the students by the reputed institution. We are demanding strict action against the institutes," they added.
Regarding the quality of online classes by these institutions, they said that teachers are not adhering to schedule issued by these institutions.
"Most of the time, the teachers are attending the class for a short duration only and during that time too the video is buffering," a student enrolled at a prestigious institute said.(KNS)
