Srinagar, Jan 20 (KNS): KCSDS have condemned the Chief Minister of state Mehbooba Mufti, they have alleged that she is ‘maligning and demonising’ the Kashmiris on return of Pandits.
In statement issued to KNS, the Kashmir Centre for Social and Development Studies,(KCSDS) a Kashmir based civil society group has said that, “We strongly condemned the CM for maligning and demonising the Kashmirs by distorting facts and their views about return of Pandits”.
The group has sought immediate apology to Kashmir for defamation and resignation.
They said that Mehbooba Mufti is deliberately confusing Kashmiris’ and is determine to build separate enclaves for pandits.
The group has said that no Kashmiri from Syed Ali Shah Geelani to other common citizen have ever opposed return of pandits.

Adding that, “This treacherous policy of the state at the behest of Central govt is definitely dubious and fraught with disastrous consequences”.
We welcome resolution of Pandits return but not in trying to clandestinely making up of enclaves under this garb and even by splattering them with the thin layer of Muslims.
“There must be a plan for the return of those who have left valley in 1990s and have crossed over to Pak administered Kashmir for safety”.
KCSDS said that, Kashmiris do not need her ‘lectures’ on inclusive culture, Kashmir is most cosmopolitan part in Asia as it would attract tourists from across the globe. (KNS)
