Jammu, Jan 09 (KNS): Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has condemned the militant attack on a GREF camp at Akhnoor in which three of its works men were killed.
Speaking during the Adjournment Motion in the Legislative Assembly today, the Chief Minister underscored the need for working together to end the cycle of violence and bloodshed in the State.
Mehbooba Mufti conveyed her sympathies with the families of slain GREF workers.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today condemned the Akhnoor incident wherein militants attacked the GREF Camp resulting in the death of 3 GREF personnel.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
In a message the Deputy Chief Minister while expressing sympathy with the families of those killed said that such dastardly acts handiwork of the elements trying to disrupt the peace in the state and they would be dealt with iron hand.
He said the security forces would give befitting reply to these elements of death and destruction who are trying hard to create chaos in the state. (KNS)
