Srinagar, June 19 (KNS): Cluster University of Jammu successfully conducted CLUJET-2026, the University Entrance Test for admission to various academic programmes for the Academic Session 2026-27, under the visionary leadership of Prof. K. S. Chandrasekar, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor. The successful conduct of the examination reflects the University's commitment to a transparent, technology-driven and student-centric admission process in alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
A total of 700 candidates appeared for CLUJET-2026 for admission to the University's Postgraduate Programmes, Five-Year Integrated Programmes, the Three-Year Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. Programme, and the M.Ed. Programme, reflecting the growing confidence of students in the University's academic excellence and expanding educational opportunities.
The examination was conducted under the overall supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Ranvijay Singh, Controller of Examinations, whose meticulous planning and close monitoring, in coordination with the Academic Wing headed by Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Dean Academic Affairs, ensured the smooth, transparent and flawless conduct of CLUJET-2026. The entrance test was held at GGM Science College, constituent college of Cluster University of Jammu, with the unwavering support of Prof. Ramesh Gupta, Principal, along with the wholehearted cooperation of the faculty and staff of the college, contributed significantly to the seamless organisation of the examination. Ms. Ankur Mahajan (JKAS), Registrar, also visited the examination centre and reviewed the arrangements.
Prof. Jasbir Singh, Head, Department of Economics, University of Jammu, served as the Observer for CLUJET-2026. He appreciated the meticulous planning, transparent procedures and well-coordinated arrangements, and expressed satisfaction with the fair, smooth and orderly conduct of the entrance examination.
