Srinagar, Oct 06 (KNS) : Director School Education Kashmir Tasaduq Hussain on Thursday said that it will conduct the examination of lower classes in March session.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS) the school education department has decided to conduct the examination of lower classes from 1-9 in March session while the formal order in this regard will be issued in next few days.
" We have submitted proposal to the Government and formal order will likely be issued in some days," he said.
He added if weather permits class work be going on in December also.
" We have lost lot of class work due to Covid.we are formulated a proper plan on how to utilise the time at maximum and cope up with the earlier losses," he said.
However he added that it is not being done due to implementation of National Education Policy but Government has decided to change the winter session of schools.
Earlier, these examinations used to be held in Kashmir in October and November.(KNS)
