Jammu, Jan 16 (KNS): Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu was repeatedly interrupted during his reply to debate on budget by National Conference provincial president Devender Singh Rana over SARFAESI act while finance minister Drabu was referring to a letter sent by former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah the central government the National Conference MLA Devender Singh Rana sought to know the government’s response to his demand for bringing a suitable legislation on SAFAESI act before the State Assembly.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
According to KNS Correspondent, Rana reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir enjoying special status under Article 370 should have its own legislation in place of SARFAESI but Finance Minister Drabu said that government won’t reverse its decision on the implementation of SARFAESI act. (KNS)
