Srinagar, Nov 10 (KNS): Nuzhat Shah wife of jailed Shahid-ul-Islam, the Spokesman of Hurriyat Conference (M) has alleged that a judicial traffic magistrate refused to release her vehicle parked by her at a wrong place and seized by city traffic police.
Nuzhat Shah called up Kashmir News Service (KNS) Srinagar office and alleged that a judicial magistrate in the city court refused to release a vehicle parked by her at a wrong place and seized by city traffic police with the observation “you are the wife of NIA accused and I can’t offer concession to any anti-Indian.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelCome up with an affidavit declaring therein that you are the wife of Shahid-ul-Islam the NIA accused jailed in Tihar along with the air ticket booked by you for Delhi.”
However she admitted that the vehicle was released later after I took up the issue with the president Kashmir High Court Bar Association Mian Abdul Qayoom. (KNS)
