Zonal education officer Khumreyal Kupwara has in a startling revelation disclosed that he will charge sheet a senior assistant who according to him has issued a circular in violation of high court directions in his absence by asking those appointed as teachers in 1996 to submit original documents. The high court in a case titled Mushtaq Ahmad Bhagwan V/S state had asked the respondents to submit their original records through concerned educational zones of District Kupwara.
Well placed sources told KNS, that director school education Kashmir vide letter No DSEK/legal/070 dated: 26-08-2015 in response to the directions of high court had asked Zonal education officer Khumreyal Kupwara to issue a circular to all principals/headmasters and other concerned heads of education institutions to submit the original documents of only those teachers named respondents in the above referred case.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
However the zonal education officer Khumreyal Kupwara issued a circular to all principals/headmasters and other concerned heads of educational institutions to submit documents of all teachers appointed by SSRB in the year 1996.
When contacted Zonal Education Officer Khumreyal told KNS, “the circular has been wrongly issued by a senior assistant who is right now in Srinagar. He has issued the circular the day i was not in my office. I have called for an explanation from the concerned official. He will be charge sheeted and the wrongs will be rectified”. (KNS)
