Srinagar, Apr 04 (KNS): Crime Branch Kashmir on Monday produced a chargesheet against a man for preparing and producing fake 10+2 certificate to secure his appointment as junior X-Ray technician in health department.

According to statement, issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), CBK filed a charge-sheet in case FIR No: 15/2017 U/S 420, 468, 471 RPC of P/S CBK before the of Passenger Tax & Electricity (PT&E) Srinagar against Bashir Ahmad Wani S/O Late Mohammad Sultan Wani R/O Maddar Bandipora for preparing and producing fake 10+2 certificate and managing his appointment as Jr.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelX-Ray Technician in Health Department.

The statement reads that the brief facts of the case are that the Crime Branch Kashmir, received a complaint from one Aijaz Ahmad Mir S/o Gh. Hassan Mir R/o Gund Rampora Bandipora, wherein it has been alleged that Bashir Ahmad Wani S/o Mohammad Sultan Wani R/o Mader Bandipora (KNS).
