Srinagar, Dec 29 (KNS): A casual worker of Power Development Department (PDD) was Friday electrocuted to death in Sopore area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district during repair work at Harwan in Zainageer area.
Officials at the Sub District Hospital Sopore said that the employee identified as Feroz Ahmed Shiekh son of Late Ghulam Nabi Shiekh resident of Tujjer Shareef was declared brought dead.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti expressed grief over the demise of PDD worker and expresses condolence with the bereaved family.
“Sad to hear of a Power Development Department workers demise at Harwan in the Zainageer belt near Sopore. My deepest condolences to his family,” she tweeted. (KNS)
