Budgam, Jan 24 (KNS): Residents of Narkara area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district have sought immediate compensation after several residential houses suffered partial damage to their rooftops, prompting appeals to the district administration and the local MLA for early assessment and relief.
According to residents, the rooftops of multiple houses in the area were partially damaged, leaving families exposed to further risk amid fluctuating weather conditions.
The affected households said that while no injuries were reported, the damage has caused financial strain and raised safety concerns.
