Appeal higher ups to redress grievances

Srinagar, Feb 06 (KNS): With the suspension of network from past two weeks, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come under severe criticism with the North Kashmir users alleging it to be a reason of immense hardships.
According to KNS correspondent, Iqbal Amin, the users said that BSNL network service is suspended in north Kashmir since last two days due to cut in optical fiber cable.
“BSNL telephony and internet services are not available in Baramulla, Sopore, Kupwara and adjoining areas from last two days, which has badly affected the communication system in parts of North Kashmir,” the subscribers told KNS.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Subscribers complained that Mobile phone services and internet services remained affected from the last two days. “With the suspension of network in the areas, we have also faced business loses,” the subscribers said.
They later appealed to the higher ups of BSNL to look into the matter and redress their genuine grievances at earliest.
When contacted General Manager BSNL Kashmir he did not respond our call. (KNS)
