Srinagar,April 07 (KNS):Telecommunication has been a useful tool for the world to tackle covid-19 but for the BSNL network in noth Kashmir's Karnah tehsil it seems to be in slumber as its services have gone from bad to worse.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), in times of highspeed internet, even getting a call connected is a challenge for karnah residents. The signal is too weak outside Tangdhar and virtually non existent in even Dildar and Neychian which are just 2km away from Tangdhar where the BSNL office is located.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Locals told KNS they are quite irritated by the BSNL services. A local resident Zahoor Ahmed sarcastically said that had it not been for private operators we would still have been writing letters and using pigeons to deliver the same.

Locals appealed authorities to ensure smooth connectivity of the services in the area and provide succor to subscribers. (KNS)
