Baramulla, July 05 (KNS): Body of a teenager, who was missing since yesterday afternoon from his home in Badmulla area of Baramulla district, was recovered from Namblan Batnisar Waterfall today morning, officials said here.
An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the boy namely Suhail Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Majeed Bhat of Badmulla Sheeri was missing from his home Badmulla yesterday afternoon.
He said that his body was retrieved from Namblan waterfall today morning after hectic efforts by SDRF, police and locals.
The official added that the boy may have died due to drowning in the waterfall as his cloths were found near the spot yesterday.
He said that Police have taken cognisance of the matter and have started investigation in this regard. (KNS)
