Srinagar, Dec 06 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday said that BJP government has failed to protect the lives of minority community in Kashmir valley, adding the saffron party is only exploiting the pain and suffering of the KPs.
“The BJP government has failed to safeguard Kashmiri Pandits. They only exploit their suffering for their vote bank politics outside J&K”, she said while talking to reporters in southern Anantnag.
When asked about the leakage of a list of KP employees posted in Kashmir, Mehbooba said it was unfortunate that the information of KPs was made public.
“Unfortunately KPs have become scapegoats for BJP who failed to protect their lives. The leakage of their list is unfortunate. They are protesting from past six months which miserably has failed to hit the deaf ears of BJP”, she said.
She asked J&K government to come clean on the matter and ensure the safety and security of all KP employees posted in Kashmir valley. (KNS)
