Jammu, Jan 31 (KNS): Former minister and spokesperson Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Priya Sethi on Thursday said women all over the country are feeling confident and honoured because of their respect and dignity which is being maintained by various schemes launched by union government, induction of women in union cabinet and especially when country's defence minister is also a woman and is leading from the front.
Speaking in a meeting organised to mobilise masses for attending Prime Minister Narendra Modi's historic rally at Vijaypur on February 3, Priya Sethi said Congress during its rule never respected women, looted people's money, made country starve on subsidies and never empowered people especially women. Biggest example of this can be sent in J&K state where they shirked from holding elections to ULB and Panchayats.
She added that this rally at Vijaypur is going to change fate of people as several schemes aimed at helping state are going to be announced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelShe added that this rally will script history and prove that none other than BJP can give Jammu and Kashmir state it's due in the form of peace, prosperity, development, dignity and honour.
Priya Sethi said Congress or Benito National Conference they all looted state, filled their coffers, appointed their kith and kin, water funds released by union goverments, didn't empowered people, cheated their own workers by asking them to not to participate in ULB and Panchayat polls and now when elections are round the corner they are dying to get elected by using same workforce.
She cautioned workers to not to fall a prey to these regional parties or Congress and vote BJP to power everywhere in the country including Jammu and Kashmir as well in general elections. She asserted that its BJP which is committed to give people their due and none else can even give respect to them forget about development or peace. (KNS)
