Aga Syed Mohsin stated that this announcement, made from the Assembly floor, has been widely circulated on media and social platforms and appears to be aimed at influencing voters in Budgam by highlighting possible development benefits in the constituency.

The BJP candidate has urged the Election Commission of India (ECI) to take strict action, claiming that such statements during the election period violate the MCC guidelines.(KNS)
