Sopore, Aug 20 (KNS) : Bilal Khanday on Saturday assumed the charge of Station House Officer (SHO) Bomai while Imtiyaz Ahmed as SHO Police Station Tarzuu in Northern Police district Sopore.
After assuming the charges, both the officer convened an introductory meeting with the officials and impressed upon them to work with dedication and zeal to fulfill the aspirations of the people.
"Fight against drug addiction besides other social menaces will be my top priority", Bilal said. He assured to work shoulder to shoulder with the people to eradicate this menace.
Pertinently, both the officers have served in various capacities at several strategic locations in Kashmir division.(KNS)
